We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of Strandfield.
STRANDFIELD , A cafe Florist and Grocer based on a farm in Ballymascanlon Dundalk, Co.Louth. This is a full-time leadership position for someone passionate about team development, guest experience, and operational excellence.
You will lead a dedicated team and ensure every guest interaction reflects the highest level of service and brand quality.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Operations Management
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff
- Lead day-to-day operations with focus on hospitality , accountability, efficiency, and service.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, respect, and guest-focused service.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Availability to work, weekends, and holidays as needed
