KNOW THE ROLE
Claudie Pierlot in our Brown Thomas Dundrum store are currently looking for a Concession Manager to join their team on a Full time Permanent basis
Tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results
Ensure all sales related policies and procedures are maintained
Ensure an elevated level of sales and service is practiced by all associates; lead by example
Ensuring all Policies & Procedures are compliant
Implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives
Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal
Recruitment, training and development of staff
Ensuring the integrity of payroll and the payroll process
Continually evaluate the performance of each employee and provideconstant feedback to ensure results
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You will have experience within a customer service environment, ideally within the Premium/Luxury Retail industry. Your experience could come from a department store, boutique or luxury hotel setting
You are passionate about fashion and are knowledgeable of fashion trends
You are committed, energetic, enjoy working in a team and you are at ease with providing expert style advice to a demanding customer base
You have the ability to develop strong relationships both with customers and internally with the Area Manager and the team
