What You’ll Do:
Through inspiring and commercially focused leadership, the Concession Manager will motivate and develop the team to create a memorable and inclusive customer experience which drives overall store performance. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail team, as well as ensuring a high level of compliance. You will monitor the performance of product and proactively propose action plans to reach and exceed targets. Through strong communication and vision, you will onboard positive brand ambassadors, retain talent and maintain a positive work environment which champions teamwork and individual development.
Customer Experience:
- Responsible for enforcing a positive shopping experience to ensure an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction at all touch points in both locations.
- Accountable for ensuring both sites are compliant in all areas such as safety, cleanliness, merchandising, maintenance, and standards.
- Commercially manage both concession inventories to ensure effective stock replenishment resulting in profitable and successful sites.
- Exercise outstanding leadership qualities to promote a commercial working environment that encourages teamwork, organisation, and productivity.
- Complete monthly concession audits to evaluate, assess and improve the customer experience which will in turn increase profitability.
Sales & Profit:
- Interpret sales reports to monitor store performance by focusing on sales figures, targets and KPI’s.
- Endeavour to achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Work creatively and commercially to introduce innovative ideas which will increase performance.
- Maintain brand partner relationships as well as liaise regularly with Senior Management to agree measurable operational changes to help drive sales and profitability.
- Action commercial feedback outlined by Senior Management and responsible for ensuring these changes have been implemented across both sites.
People & Culture:
- Recruit, interview, hire and induct an inclusive and diverse team in both locations.
- Manage, inform, delegate, and oversee the team to ensure all employees are fulfilling assigned tasks and achieving brand expectations.
- Recognise and develop individual talent and champion recognition.
- Communicate with staff daily to provide first hand guidance and discuss sales goals, promotions and other key performance indicator information.
- Actively share knowledge and best practices with the team to maintain consistent store operations.
- Lead by example to promote a loyal, honest and empowering working environment.
- Organise and lead regular development meetings with the team to identify and evaluate employee performance.
- Complete staffing duties such as schedules, vacation, and payroll across both sites.
- A proactive approach to managing HR issues to ensure fair and consistent people practices and create a high performing team.
- Use initiative to multi-task and support the needs of the sites & customers.
- Inform the Senior Management team about any staffing issues.
Compliance:
- Responsible for all profit and loss within both locations.
- Always adhere to and enforce Company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee contract and handbook.
- Promote, execute, and train the team about House Rules and Service Expectations.
- Follow and enforce all Health & Safety guidance to promote a safe working environment.
- Follow detailed HR processes on all occasions.
- Continually deliver the brand’s vison and expectations.
- Positively represent House of CB by acting as a brand ambassador.
- Actively control risks by preventing the theft or damage of goods, company property or resources from the business, where safe to do so.
- Responsible for all stock movement and maintain organised and efficient stockroom areas.
- Complete monthly audits to evaluate, assess and improve compliance.
- Accountable for relaying and actioning any news, updates and changes as outlined by Senior Management.
- Lead on internal communications to ensure complete compliance across the team and general operations.
- Confident at raising any concerns or issues which may impact store performance to Senior Management.

- Bachelor degree desirable.
- A proven track record of retail management and leadership experience.

- Strong communication skills to effectively lead, motivate and retain talent.
