Cleaning supervisor mobile

RCH Facility Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and support cleaning operations across multiple client sites.

Team Leadership & Operational Oversight

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across various locations, ensuring all tasks are completed to a consistently high standard.
• Manage staff schedules, monitor attendance, and reassign personnel as needed to maintain service continuity.
• Provide on-site coaching, performance feedback, and corrective guidance to team members.
• Step in to support cleaning duties when necessary.

Training & Development

• Train staff in the correct use of cleaning equipment, materials, and procedures.
• Promote adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and continuous improvement practices.

Inventory & Supplies Management

• Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate timely reordering to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, including the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free working environment and ensure accurate incident reporting.
• Uphold hygiene, PPE, and fire safety standards across all sites.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or facilities management.
• Solid understanding of cleaning procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
