Commercial Contract Manager

• As a Commercial Contract Manager at Vodafone, you’ll be the driving force behind the commercial performance and governance of our strategic vendor relationships.
• You’ll lead the charge in reinstating and managing governance forums, ensuring that performance reviews and contractual compliance are front and centre.
• Your role will be pivotal in tracking KPIs and SLAs, investigating underperformance, and securing service credits where needed—all while continuously improving how we measure success.
• You’ll work closely with finance and procurement teams to ensure transactional accuracy and protect Vodafone’s commercial interests.
• Whether it’s managing disputes, navigating change requests, or preparing for contract renewals, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring that every agreement delivers maximum value.
• Your insights will help shape procurement strategies and influence future sourcing demand, making you a key contributor to Vodafone’s commercial excellence.

• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships
• Proven project management experience, from concept to delivery
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational supply chain functions
• Skilled in contract negotiation and execution
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a sharp eye for data insights
• Energetic and innovative approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
• Comfortable with change and confident in challenging the status quo
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for cross-functional working
• Strategic thinker who understands organisational structures and decision-making impact
• Ability to use data to influence business strategy and optimise demand
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems
• Commercially astute with a strong grasp of legal and ethical contract frameworks
• Solid category management skills with market awareness and strategic foresight
