We are looking for experienced and dedicated Concrete Floor Finishers to join our expanding team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Perform all stages of concrete flooring work, including preparation, forming, pouring, levelling, smoothing, jointing, and curing.
Operate machinery such as ride-on power floats, laser screeds, and other surface finishing tools.
Ensure final surfaces meet precision tolerances and quality standards.
Carry out repairs and corrections on existing concrete surfaces, including fixing cracks, surface defects, or worn areas.
Read and interpret work plans or technical drawings when necessary.
Estimate time required for project completion and coordinate with the site supervisor.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Valid CSR Card / Safepass / other equivalent site certification.
Proven experience working with ride-on power trowels, screeds, and concrete finishing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of surface tolerance specifications.
Willingness to travel for projects (transport and accommodation support may be provided).
Good communication skills and ability to take direction or make quick decisions on site.
Team player with a strong work ethic and a focus on delivering top-quality results.
