We are currently recruiting experienced Concrete Floor Finishers for full-time, permanent positions due to the ongoing expansion of our operations. Successful candidates will work on high-standard concrete floor finishing projects across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe.
Responsibilities:
Preparing, forming, reinforcing, levelling, curing, and jointing various types of concrete flooring
Operating power tools and machinery including ride-on trowels and laser screeds
Accurately estimating project timelines and adhering to deadlines
Carrying out concrete repairs and restoring aged or damaged surfaces
Filling and smoothing out patches and imperfections in concrete floors
Ensuring the highest quality finish, meeting required floor flatness and tolerance standards
Collaborating with site supervisors and office-based staff for efficient project execution
Requirements:
Valid CSR or SafePass Card
Proven experience in concrete finishing roles
Skilled in using ride-on power floats and related equipment
Willingness and flexibility to travel for work across different countries
Strong communication skills for both on-site coordination and off-site reporting

Pay: €15.06-€24.95 per hour
