The Hot Box Sauna is not your typical workplace, we’re a growing, creative, and community-focused brand bringing beautiful, wood-fired sauna experiences to life across Ireland. With new locations opening and bold ideas in motion, we’re looking for a Construction Project Manager/New Site Project Manager to help make our next build a smooth, successful, and stress-free experience.
THBS company has unique wellness and relaxation facilities all over the country that provide a variety of sauna experiences. We are well-known for our outdoor saunas and plunge pools which allow our customers to enjoy the benefits of heat therapy in a tranquil setting, overlooking lakes, rivers or mountains.
The Role
You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, working closely with directors, designers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure every Hot Box site is built with precision, safety, and care.
- Contract: Fixed-Term (9 to 12 months, full-time)
- Location: On the road and our new sites
- Company: The Hot Box Sauna
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage , planning, design, contractor coordination, and on-site delivery
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Liaise with suppliers, trades, and stakeholders across all stages
- Ensure H&S and building compliance are met to a high standard
- Report progress regularly to leadership and flag potential risks early
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years' experience in construction project management (preferably in hospitality, wellness, or modular builds)
- Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and safety practices
- Excellent organisational, communication, and contractor management skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- A hands-on approach , just a genuine desire to get the job done
