O’Brien & Company Solicitors, a well-established firm with offices in Dublin 7 and Wicklow Town, are seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing, probate, administration of estates, and wills. The primary location for this role will be our Wicklow office, though occasional travel to our Dublin 7 office may be required.
We offer flexible working options, including a four-day or five-day week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and services on all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing.
- Assist clients with probate, administration of estates, and the preparation of wills.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and the highest level of service.
- Handle all aspects of conveyancing and probate transactions, from initial instructions through to completion.
- Collaborate with other solicitors and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in conveyancing, probate, administration of estates, and wills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering the best results for clients.
- Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing is a distinct advantage.
