Fyfes Car Parts Ireland, a trusted supplier of vehicle and engineering parts, is hiring a Counter Sales Parts Advisor to join our Drogheda team. If you enjoy helping customers thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a background in vehicle parts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Role:
· Maximise branch sales through effective parts sales and service
· Handle customer parts enquiries at the counter efficiently and professionally
· Ensure accurate supply and invoicing of all parts
· Work collaboratively within the team and communicate effectively
· Attend supplier training and presentations as required
· Undertake ongoing training and personal development as instructed
The Hours: 40 Hours per week, between the hours of 08:30 – 17:30, Alternate Saturday between 09:00 and 13:00
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Good knowledge of parts, tools, and equipment
- Great record of customer service
- Competent computer skills (electronic parts catalogues, product lookup systems)
- Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
Desirable:
- Background in automotive sales or 2 years as a motor mechanic
- Previous experience with MAM Autopart and Autocat Software
- Full Driving License
