Key Responsibilities:
- Uploading and emailing invoices to customers
- Processing EFTs, direct debits, and customer lodgements
- Managing accounts receivable
- Handling daily customer queries via phone and email
- Opening new customer accounts, performing credit and system checks
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
- Supporting broader finance and credit control functions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounts department
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Datos experience is a plus)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage credit control and accounts receivable processes
Salary : Between €16 to €19 per hour - DOE
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €16.00-€19.00 per hour
