The core of the business is based out of a number of depots throughout Ireland
At Klass Oil we currently expanding our credit control team. This is a high performing role, where you will thrive on working in a fast paced environment and utilising your exceptional communication skills. This role will involve working with a variety of customers including Domestic and Commercial customers.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills, impeccable attention to detail.
The successful candidate will report directly to the credit manager
Principle Objectives
The role of the credit controller is to maintain a high volume debtors ledger and ensure accounts are kept with there credit limit and terms.
Co ordinating the completion of new customer/credit application forms
Ensuring that all company credit control procedures are adhered to
Work with the finance team to develop and improve aged debt reports

- Proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Power-point, MS Zoom, and advanced Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve

- Collaborating with internal sales team and address any issues related to credit control and accounts receivable.
- Assisting the credit manager with month end tasks
Candidate requirements
- Qualification in credit management or debt collection preferably
- At least 3 years or more in credit control or finance related role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI'S and commitment to achieve targets
- Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide range of contacts both internal and external
- Undertake any tasks or duties assigned by the appropriate line managers from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the position
- Knowledge of the Oil industry would be preferable
