Part-Time Credit Controller & Accounts Administrator - Join Our Award-Winning Team

We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Part-Time Credit Controller and Accounts Administrator to join our growing Finance Team. This is a part-time position, working 4 days per week (16 hours total), offering flexibility and a supportive work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for credit control and ensuring the aged debtors is up to date. Also working with the finance manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Accounts function. You will be working alongside the Finance Manager and Managing Director in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Credit Control and managing of a small debtors ledger to regular customers
- Allocation and reconciliation of customer payments
- Responding to customer account queries in a timely and professional manner
- Liaising with the Finance Manager and wider team to support general finance tasks
- Assisting with month-end reporting and reconciliations where required
- Daily cash-sheet updating and reconciling
- HSE claim form processing and any other ad-hoc duties associated with the role
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance admin role (minimum 1 year preferred)
- A good understanding of credit control and customer account management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software an advantage
- A friendly, professional and proactive attitude
