Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient's home supporting multiple therapies:
Home Oxygen
Nebulisers
Ventilations
Sleep
We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsibilities will include:
Deliver expert training and ongoing support to patients and healthcare professionals using the Tandem T-Slim Insulin Pump.
Develop and implement a territory plan to effectively educate and support all users
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing healthcare partners and Key Opinion Leaders to foster growth and ensure excellent patient care.
Collaborating with the Diabetes team to support with sale growth
Attending national team meetings, exhibitions and ad hoc meetings when needed
Attending patient ‘Show & Tell’ exhibitions to help them make an informed decision as to whether to choose an Air Liquide product.
Are you a MATCH?
The ideal person for the role will have strong interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and Diabetes patients. You will need a strong understanding of Type 1 Diabetes, and ideally have an understanding of Insulin Pump therapy.
Your territory will cover the South West of Ireland, so would suit someone located in the Galway, Limerick, or Cork region.
You will also need-
Previous experience working as a nurse, dietitian, or a similar training role
Experience or existing knowledge of T1 Diabetes and the related technology
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented- you will want to deliver the best possible outcomes for internal and external customers
Ideally some experience in sales and/ or account management
Strong communication skills
Results-driven and an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Clean driving license and an willingness to travel frequently within your territory- between Galway and Cork
