We currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Air Liquide Healthcare is currently searching for an enthusiastic, patient centric Diabetes Account Manager to join our Diabetes team and be responsible for driving sales of our Tandem T-Slim Insulin Pump across the South and West of Ireland. You will be responsible for delivering sales revenue through selling, account management, training and customer support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing a territory business plan and strategy for all accounts in your region
Achieving territory sales growth in line with targets through effective contact rate, coverage and frequency and segmentation of new, developed and developing accounts.
Positively contribute to achieving national revenue and pump sales targets.
Traveling frequently within your territory and developing relationships with key decision makers.
Establish Air Liquide and the Tandem Insulin pump as a key choice for patients in key clinics on territory.
Represent Air Liquide at National and Regional meetings, Congress and Patient events.
Attend training meetings where required and keep up to date with HSE and Industry changes
Delivering informative training sessions to support patients and healthcare providers on using the Tandem t-slim insulin pump, and being available for pump support and in-servicing when needed.
Attending patient ‘Show & Tell’ exhibitions to help them make an informed decision as to whether to choose an Air Liquide product.

The ideal person for the role will have strong interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and Diabetes patients.
Your territory will cover the South and West of Ireland, so would suit someone located in the Galway, Limerick, or Cork region and willing to travel across all counties.
You will also need-
Previous experience working as a nurse, dietitian, or a similar training role
Experience or existing knowledge of T1 Diabetes and related technology would be advantageous
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented- you will want to deliver the best possible outcomes for internal and external customers
Ideally some experience in sales and/ or account management
Strong communication skills
Results-driven and an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Clean driving license and an openness to travel frequently within your territory
