We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Lead to join our team. In this role, you will become a key member of our local and global Microsoft team. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various industries and be a key driver of our technology consultancy services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading and building our practice – from a capability, talent and business development perspective. In addition, you will oversee the management of our larger Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, ensuring successful implementation and providing strategic guidance to our clients.
About the role:
- Lead and manage Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation projects ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Foster strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for technology and business solutions.
- Lead pre-sales and business development activities, including scoping engagements, participating in sales presentations, and developing
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements
- Guide a collaborative and supportive team. You will guide and lead clients, helping them to better understand their challenges and pain points before exploring possible Microsoft based solutions
- Mentor and provide functional leadership to a team of Functional Consultants driving best practices in relation to functional design patterns, and methodologies for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Review business processes and use cases in order to recommend well considered Dynamics 365 solutions
- Stay abreast of newly available solutions and Microsoft features as they become relevant for the client and its customers
You will have:
- 12+ years in Technology delivery
- 10+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, or other related modules.
- Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various organizational levels.
- A deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into functional requirements
- Relevant certifications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Prior experience in a technology consultancy or professional services environment is a plus.
