We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Dynamics 365 Architect/ Lead to join our team. In this role, you will become a key member of our local and global Microsoft team. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various industries and be a key driver of our technology consultancy services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading and building our practice – from a capability, talent and business development perspective. In addition, you will oversee the management of our larger Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, ensuring successful implementation and providing strategic guidance to our clients.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation projects, including solution design, development, configuration, and testing.
- Lead pre-sales and business development activities, including scoping engagements, participating in sales presentations, and developing proposals and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements
- Review business processes and use cases in order to recommend well considered Dynamics 365 solutions
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to a team of consultants and developers.
- Establish best practices, design patterns, and methodologies for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Foster strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for technology and business solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
About you:
- 12+ years in Technology delivery
- 10+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics implementation delivery
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business.
- Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, or other related modules.
- Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various organizational levels.
- A deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert).
- Prior experience in a technology consultancy or professional services environment is a plus.
