Position: Early Years Educator
We are seeking enthusiastic, qualified individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children. You’ll be working alongside a team of experienced professionals in a nurturing and stimulating setting.
Requirements:
- QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Years Care and Education (minimum)
2+ years’ experience in Early Years settings
- Experience or qualification related to working with children with additional needs (desirable)
- Experience working with school-aged children
- Strong knowledge of and ability to work in line with: Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016, Aistear & Síolta frameworks, Tusla Quality and Regulatory Framework (QRF)
- Ability to implement a play-based, emergent curriculum
- Fluent spoken English
- A true team player with the ability to work independently when needed
- Passionate, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting every child’s development
