Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage stores and spare parts processes
- Oversee contractor systems, audits, and permit control documentation
- Produce and maintain KPI reporting for engineering
- Administer the Shire System, including backlog control and feedback mechanisms
- Manage emails, liaising with suppliers and handling general enquiries and requests
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance in conjunction with function heads
- Conduct internal fabrication audits
- Support the organisation and execution of the engineering compliance plan
- Maintain and update the library of technical, legal, and insurance compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance across areas including Legionella, PSSR, LOLER, Electrical, COSHH, PUWER, calibrations, validations, contractor control, and engineering procedures
- Ensure all equipment meets statutory and H&S standards, escalating concerns where necessary
