Office-based, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Provided essential administrative support in a busy equine transport office.
- Maintaining, organising and compliant filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Accurately completing and processing import and export documentation, ensuring all shipments meet relevant regulations and deadlines.
- Able to use a variety of computer software and shipping portals.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries, delivering professional and timely assistance to clients, agents, and other working partners.
- Demonstrate flexibility and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting, consistently providing a high standard of service.

Pay: From €15.00 per hour
