Position: Shipping Administrator
Reporting to: Shipping Supervisor.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for arranging the collection, movement and delivery of our products to our customers across Ireland, the UK, USA and EU and ensuring the associated documentation is accurate and complete.
· Prepare shipping paperwork and certificates for customs clearance.
· Book collections and generate labels per carrier and regulatory standards.
· Update shipping manifests and track and obtain proof of delivery (POD).
· Liaise with freight forwarders and customer-nominated carriers.
· Process consolidated shipments and update customer shipping portals with ASN. ( Advance Shipping Notice)
· Maintain daily shipping reports and updates.
Requirements
· 1 + year’s experience in a busy office environment required.
· Fluent English is essential.
· Experience with shipping systems or ERP software an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
· Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
· Strong communication and organisational skills.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary - Starting from €14.50 per hour but depends on experience.
