Location
This role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. We’re thrilled about this move, which reflects our growth and commitment to providing a vibrant, inspiring space for celebration, collaboration, and unearthing the extraordinary.

What You'll Do:
As our new ERP Technical Solutions Specialist within our Enterprise Solutions team. In this role, you will provide technical QAD AUX expertise to design and deliver custom program solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise-wide QAD system user base. You will work closely with the business to understand requirements, build strong relationships, and coordinate with other IT teams to ensure maximum application uptime. This includes optimizing system usage, managing incident resolution, and overseeing service request fulfillment to ensure the QAD system operates at its full potential.
Additional key responsibilities include:
Manage resource allocation and backlog prioritization with TPOs to deliver QAD AUX projects, enhancements, and long-term application support.
Define and maintain the QAD AUX product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business and IT objectives.
Gather and refine requirements, identifying new opportunities within the QAD ecosystem to drive business value.
Act as the link between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring engagement and clarity in Agile delivery.
Oversee product performance, quality assurance, and budget, reporting value realization to governance bodies.
Resolve QAD-related incidents and requests in ServiceNow, following AMS processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence technical priorities and strategic direction.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery, system performance, and KPI alignment.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

6+ years experience within the QAD ecosystem/platform, including QAD Adaptive AUX application.
Demonstrated experience in ERP product management, technical planning, and roadmap delivery.
Proven track record of designing and delivering ERP solutions that meet business requirements.
Strong skills in technical analysis and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
Experience in Agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
