Location: Onsite in our Loughrea Facility (5 Days Per Week)
As our Finance ERP Lead, your key responsibilities will be as follows:
Key role in leading the end-to-end Finance aspects of the ERP implementation process as a member of the ERP project team with tasks including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with Finance process owners, broader Finance team, implementation partners, banking partners, IT, and other business stakeholders to ensure appropriate and robust process flow / process design.
Ensure ERP solutions support financial reporting, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance requirements.
Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver ERP milestones on time and in scope.
Provide subject matter expertise on finance processes and controls, ensuring alignment with accounting standards.
Leverage ERP implementation experience and lessons learned to ensure a successful implementation/ outcome for Chanelle.
Develop training materials and lead user training sessions for finance teams.
Understanding and experience of collecting, curating, analysing master data and working with stakeholders to identify and close gaps.
Education & Experience:
Over five years of Finance experience in a senior role, ideally in a regulated pharmaceutical/medical device environment.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven experience leading or playing a key role in at least one full-cycle ERP rollout (e.g., SAP preferred).
Experience in manufacturing costing models – Standard, Product.
Strong understanding of core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, treasury/ cash management and financial reporting.
Excellent task management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
