Quinlan’s Seafood Bar in Cork is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, hands-on manager who wants to be part of a high-performing restaurant known for its exceptional seafood, customer service, and high standards of cleanliness.
About the Role:
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing service standards and ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Managing and training front-of-house staff
- Ensuring stock is properly recorded, stored, and maintained to high hygiene standards
- Daily till reconciliations and reporting
- Supporting kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient food and beverage service
- Monitoring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food handling regulations
- Assisting in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar management role in hospitality (seafood experience is an advantage, but not essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster (Monday to Sunday)
- Good level of spoken and written English is essential
- Strong work ethic and a team player mindset
