Kinnitty Castle Hotel is seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead and inspire our F&B operations during an exciting new chapter of development and investment.

About the Role:
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of all F&B outlets, including our Bars, Drawing Rooms, Restaurant, Afternoon Tea Service, Events, and Weddings.
You will lead a dynamic team, uphold service standards, and ensure memorable guest experiences in a venue that blends luxury, history, and charm.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse F&B team across all outlets.
- Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service and execution of weddings, functions, and special events.
- Manage stock control, rosters, cash procedures, and operational budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, licensing, and HACCP standards.
- Assist in implementing new SOPs and shaping the service culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar F&B leadership role (essential).
- Strong understanding of F&B operations in a 4* hotel or high-end venue.
- A hands-on leader with a positive, solution-driven attitude.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and events as required.
