Job Overview:
BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Service Crew members to enhance our guest experience. As a key part of our vibrant team, you will deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Minimum Six months of commitment is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and serve guests, providing an outstanding dining experience.
- Stay informed about menu items, including specials, to effectively make recommendations and address guest inquiries.
- Accurately take and process orders, ensuring timely delivery with attention to detail.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service and effective communication.
- Handle payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
- Collaborating with fellow crew members to ensure customers have the best possible experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
