Samson Training is a leading provider of workplace health and safety training across Ireland. We are currently expanding our team of professional trainers and are seeking experienced Freelance Forklift Instructors to deliver high-quality training to our clients.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and compliant forklift training in line with industry standards and client requirements. This is a freelance position, offering flexibility and nationwide opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver forklift operator training to individuals and groups.
- Assess participants’ skills and competencies in accordance with certification standards.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and certification.
- Ensure all training is conducted safely, professionally, and in line with HSA and RTITB/QQI guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners.
Requirements:
- Recognised Forklift Instructor qualification (RTITB / QQI / equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to forklift operations.
- Previous experience delivering forklift training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €200.00 per day
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
