Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Manage reservations, answer guest queries, and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and activities.
- Deliver food and beverage service in Rozzers Restaurant, the bar, and breakfast areas, maintaining our high standards of hospitality.
- Take and serve orders, assist with menu recommendations, and ensure dietary requirements are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception, dining, and bar areas.
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Collaborate with the wider Killeen House team to ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Support other hotel operations as needed, including occasional assistance with events or special guest requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for guest care and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
