The Role:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead the front-of-house team in delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, team motivation, and ensuring every guest enjoys warm hospitality and delicious food in line with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant
- Lead by example to deliver excellent customer care and ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate staff rosters, manage reservations, and maintain a well-organised shift
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards across all areas of service
- Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to continuously improve performance
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving any issues swiftly and efficiently
