Working Hours - On a shift basis
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Food & Beverage Assistant. Not your typical F&B working hours as the facility is busier in the daytime than at night and busier in the summer than in the winter.
Please note that this venue is not accessible by public transport.
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Ireland
- Friendly outgoing nature
- Strong positive work ethic & self starter
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Good planner, organizer & communicator (event experience preferable)
- Adhere to all Health & Safety, Food Safety requirements at all times
- Excellent presentation & attention to detail
- Waiting & Bar service experience
- Purchasing & PO experience
Your main responsibilities will be...
- Take customer orders for food and beverage
- To serve food and drinks and give excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively as a team across all restaurant, bar and kitchen functions
- Meeting with customers to understand requirements for each event
- Planning event details including seating, table arrangement, menu etc.
- To have a visible presence and ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
- Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out correctly.
