Job Title: Monitoring Station Operator
Performance
Responsibilities: Use electronic resources to monitor CCTV and security systems in home and businesses.
Follow operational procedures correctly.
Notify customers or appropriate agencies of events or alarms.
Provide assistance to customers employees & visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Perform data entry and verification. Answer incoming telephone calls.
Preferred skills/experience:
Effective verbal & writing communication skills.
Strong computer skills
Strong attention to detail.
Central Alarm monitoring, Call Centre or Security experience preferred.
PSA licence preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
