In order to help keep our facility operating at the very high standard we have come to expect, a Part Time General Maintainance / Handyman (person) role has arisen would suit part time
Responsibilities & Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general repairs and maintainance to our facility including
- Painting equipment , machines and safety devices
- Property maintainance such as weed control and gutter cleaning
- Basic carpentry repairs and improvements to workstations to improve workflow and productivity
- Basic electrical repairs such as changing plugs or light bulbs
- Cleaning and maintainance of common and customer facing areas
- Having the ability to carry out all work aspects in accordance with Quality and Health & Safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in (spray) painting
- Highly motivated with strong communication skill
- Strong attention to detail and desire to maintain very high standards of a work place
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills.
- Basic carpentry skills
- Experience in the use of hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.50-€16.00 per hour
