About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled General Operative / Door Assembler to join our manufacturing/production team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling door units to specification, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble doors using hand and power tools
- Follow technical drawings or work orders
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
- Ability to read technical drawings or measurements door schedules
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Physically fit – capable of lifting and handling materials
- Reliable and punctual
Candidate will be assembling doors kits and occasionally stairs. Must be a good time keeper and work well in a team. Manual handling is an advantage.
6:30am - 3pm Monday to Friday
Or 7:30am - 4pm
