We are currently seeking a part time medical receptionist to become part of our busy medium sized GP practice in Malahide, Co Dublin. The job involves working as part of a team with other staff, a nurse and doctors.
Reception and administration experience is necessary. Previous GP/medical experience desirable but consideration will be given to the right candidate. Please only apply if you have the relevant experience.
Job description
Main duties include:
- General reception duties
- Scheduling Appointments
- Prioritizing appointments
- Dealing with patient and GP enquires and requests
- Taking payments and end of day cash reconciliation
- Filing and inputting patient data
- Dealing and distributing post
- Scanning documents into notes
- Stock control/stock order
- Other relevant administration duties
*A working knowledge of Socrates Patient Management System or similar is desirable but not essential*
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €16.00-€19.00 per hour
