Key Responsibilities and Duties:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to be a key contributor to the visual execution of customer-facing design work across VRAI’s range of products and marketing channels. This hands-on role will involve creating compelling marketing assets, event materials, business development collateral, and product visuals, including dashboards and demo/proof-of-concept graphics. You will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality design across all touchpoints in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Design
Design marketing and sales collateral: brochures, pitch decks, social media assets, case studies
Update and maintain website visuals
Support visuals for key events, partner demos, and presentations
Create and maintain scalable templates for recurring needs (event assets, presentations, documents)
Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design processes
Product UI/UX Design
Support UI/UX Designer with interface design (e.g. dashboards, interactions)
Ensure product visuals align with brand identity and customer expectations
Key Skills and Competencies:
3–5 years of experience in a design role across product, digital, and/or brandStrong portfolio of both UI design and brand/marketing collateral
Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and information design
Ability to work across multiple projects and deliver on time without heavy supervision
Experience working in a startup, or high-growth environment
