The Role:
- To ensure that the guests are offered the highest quality standards in service and care, anticipating their needs and being attentive at all times.
- To liaise with Head Porter to ensure a par stock level of stationary, linen and amenity requirements in order to ensure consistency in standards.
- To ensure area(s) under the control of the porters department are properly cleaned at beginning and end of service, ready on time and appropriately stocked.
- To provide a safe and secure environment for guests, employees and visitors at all times
- To have pride and commitment in your area of work.
- To carry out relief night porter shifts as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Full Clean Driving License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
- Guest Care focused
- Friendly outgoing personality with a "can-do" attitude
- Reliability and enthusiasm
- Midweek and weekend availability is required for this role and is not suitable for candidates looking for summer work only
