Description
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic intern to support both our IT service desk and office administration functions. This blended role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support while also developing essential administrative and office management skills.Key Responsibilities
IT Service Desk Support- Assist with first-line technical support for internal users, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Log and track support tickets, escalating as necessary to the IT team.
- Help set up new user accounts, devices, and software installations.
- Support the maintenance and inventory of IT equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting basic IT issues under supervision.
Office Administration
- Greet and manage visitors, ensuring sign-in procedures are followed.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Arrange couriers and ensure timely dispatch of packages.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support office operations (e.g., filing, supplies ordering, photocopying).
- Support the coordination of meeting rooms and office events as needed.

Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree level qualification in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Availability to work 5 days per week in Dublin.
