This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a passion for cars, great communication skills, and a desire to build a rewarding career in sales. Full training and mentorship will be provided to help you grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with showroom visitors, online enquiries, and phone calls
- Assist customers in identifying suitable vehicle options based on their needs
- Coordinate and prepare vehicles for test drives and customer viewings
- Maintain showroom and vehicle display standards
- Actively promote new and pre-owned NISSAN & KIA vehicles
- Learn and apply the company's sales process
- Assist in generating leads and creating engaging social media content
- Take part in product training and development workshops
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in the motor industry and car sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, eager to learn, and driven by success
- Professional, positive attitude with a team-player mindset
- Confidence using social media and digital platforms
- A full, clean driver's licence is essential
- Previous sales or retail experience is a bonus, but not required
