Your Key Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Financial Controller to deliver accurate, insightful weekly and monthly plant reporting
- Lead the preparation and delivery of Continuous Improvement (CI) reports, offering actionable insights into key cost and efficiency metrics
- Reconcile commercial and P&L gross margins, ensuring consistency and investigating discrepancies
- Build business cases through well-articulated, right-first-time CAPEX proposals for senior review
- Play a key role in operational performance meetings, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making
- Report on and analyse:
- Yield performance and labour efficiency
- SKU mix impact on cost, yield, and labour
- Operational spend and inventory movement
- DIO trends and cost-saving initiatives linked to AFE tracking
- Own the identification and reporting of R&D tax credit opportunities across the site
