About The Lead Qualifcation Representative – Meta
Are you driven, curious, and ready to make an impact? This is your chance to break into the world of enterprise sales with one of the biggest names in social media.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for some of the world’s largest brands—sparking conversations, uncovering needs, and showing them how our client’s platform can drive real business value. You’ll be laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships and setting the tone for the entire sales journey.

Location: Hybrid (3 Days per week) – Dublin 18
What Will You Do?
- Provide a great experience for Client's prospective customers
- Engage with potential and current customers to assess the mutual fit
- Identify , qualify, convert & pass sales opportunities to client sales & partner team s
- Manage nurtured book of business of potential clients for controlled delivery of output
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers
- Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience and drive higher product adoption and spend
- Ability to identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
- Capacity to learn and develop into other areas and disciplines within sales such as prospecting and pipeline building
- Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering
- Champion and produce success stories for customers who have had success in growing their business by using our products have used our products to grow their business
What Will You Need to Succeed?
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred ( SaaS experience is a huge plus)
- Fluency in English and French (Read, Write, Speak)
- Familiarity with Enterprise software
- Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
- Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and the customer experience
- High confidence – and able to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot
- Sales aptitude; exhibiting ability to empathize with the customer and meet targets
- Hands-on experience in CRM tools like Salesforce

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €35,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €5,000. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
