Learning Support Tutors

South East Technological University (SETU) is seeking to establish a number of Tutors for a programme in the Department of Health and Sport Science “Certificate in Personal Development”. This programme is developed under the Programme for Access to Higher Education (PATH) Strand 4 to enhance course provision in Higher Education for students with intellectual disabilities. SETU aims to support these students by providing support tutors who will assist with learning and technology. The role of the tutor will be to support students with an intellectual disability in their learning while in class and on while on the college campus. The Tutor will also support the academic team in supporting learning and the provision of support for students with course work and inclusion.

Rate of Pay: €21.50 per hour.
