Drive Efficiency in International Seafood Logistics

At Eurolink Food and Transport, we specialise in cold-chain logistics with a focus on premium seafood delivery across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. We are currently seeking a dedicated Logistics & Transport Administrator to support our growing operational demands. This role is critical to ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, drivers, and regulatory bodies while maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
General Transport Coordination
- Create and manage job manifests.
- Book collections and allocate jobs accordingly.
- Price jobs for invoicing and allocate costs to each manifest.
- Enter bookings into third-party software to schedule deliveries.
- Prepare KPI reports for domestic and international transport activities.
- Handle queries and requests professionally, ensuring all matters are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Process haulier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
UK Transport & Documentation
- Organize supplier documentation for incoming shipments.
- Generate Catch Certificates, Health Certificates, and complete regulatory forms (CHED-P, ENS).
- Submit all required documentation to relevant authorities and generate Goods Movement References (GMRs) for drivers.
Airport Operations
- Coordinate with Border Control Posts (BCPs) on incoming shipments.
- Organize necessary documentation and manage customs clearance processes efficiently.
Loading Plans
- Create and maintain detailed weekly loading schedules and truck manifests.
- Ensure all plans include haulier information, route details, temperature requirements, and sailing schedules, and share them promptly with hauliers and internal teams.
Transit Documentation
- Gather and compile all necessary information required to set up a transit.
- Prepare and send the required documentation to the transit agent for final processing.
