The Visitor Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall experience for visitors. This role involves planning, operational management, team leadership, and having a deep commitment to delivering exceptional service, ensuring both staff and visitors feel valued, welcome, and engaged.
What you will do :
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the full site.
- Manage, motivate and develop the site team.
- Ensure the site is well- presented with excellent hygiene maintenance, safe and always welcoming.
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service.
- Must balance management skills, operational expertise, and a customer-focused approach to create a positive experience for visitors and staff.
- Comply with Health and Safety legislative requirements, policies and procedures and safe systems of work.
What You’ll Need:
- Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)
- Full driving licence
- A passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including regular weekends
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage—but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important

Working Week
Your working hours will vary from time to time, with minimum shift lengths of 5 hours. This will depend on variations in demand, the tourist season and expansion of opening hours seasonally, programming, workshops and events.
