The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious, visionary Managing Director to lead Fir through its next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to take the reins of a successful, established business and shape its future—both locally and internationally.
As Managing Director, you will:
- Take full P&L responsibility for the business
- Develop and execute a franchise or licensing strategy for new markets across Europe and the US
- Lead the expansion of Fir into new year-round service lines, which may include plant delivery, flower delivery, landscaping services, wholesale wreaths, or others
- Build and inspire a high-performing team, with an existing operational/admin base already in place
- Drive innovation, brand excellence, and new commercial partnerships
- Work directly with the owner/founder to structure your role, incentives, and long-term path

About You
