The Role
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Planner with knowledge of Ireland’s finest hotels, private estates and experiences. This is a remote position ideal for someone with impeccable taste, insider knowledge, and a genuine passion for Irish hospitality. You will be entrusted with designing bespoke itineraries for high-net-worth individuals seeking exceptional journeys throughout Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate tailored luxury travel programs across Ireland, rooted in nuance, exclusivity, and local insight
- Source and recommend five-star hotels, private residences, and heritage properties across the country
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, interpreting their preferences into elegant, seamless itineraries
- Build and maintain close relationships with Ireland’s top-tier hoteliers, and experience providers
- Ensure all elements of the guest journey is executed to perfection

Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-end travel planning or DMC operations
- First-hand knowledge of Ireland’s five-star hotels, boutique lodges, private estates, and cultural highlights
- A black book of hospitality contacts is a strong advantage
- Naturally attuned to the expectations of luxury travelers and high-profile clients
- Poised communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Organised, autonomous, and able to manage multiple bespoke itineraries simultaneously
- Based in Ireland or with significant Irish travel experience preferred
