Full time Medical Secretary required in a busy GP Practice based in Limerick.
You must have a minimum 1 - 3 years experience as a Medical Receptionist or Administrator, preferably in a GP Practice. Full training will be provided upon commencement. Applicants not meeting this criteria will be rejected.
Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Answering and dealing with all incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments and diary management
- Typing of letters and reports
- Liaising with hospitals and pharmacies
- Managing prescription requests
- Billing
- PCRS submissions
- Maintaining a high level of client care
- General office duties including but not limited to filing, ordering stock, monitoring emails, scanning and processing mail
- Healthone experience desirable
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
