We’re looking for Merchandisers to join our expanding team in Ireland. The role will give you the opportunity to work with top high street retailers and supermarkets, working on behalf of some of the biggest brands in the world in the field of electronics, health and beauty and DIY.
Please note that this work will involve travel to key commercial centres where you may have to carry stock or other merchandising materials, therefore, access to a car is necessary.
As this is an ad-hoc/zero hours position, we're unable to guarentee a set amount of hours each week.
Role Responsibilities
· Changing visuals and moving parts around according to new planograms.
· Implementation of POS and FSDU’s in a range of retailers.
· Updating and maintaining cosmetic displays and stands in leading Health & Beauty stores.
· Assisting our refit teams in larger store refits.
· Store audits.
· Reporting damage to retail store stands and displays.
· Installation and maintenance of displays of leading electronics brands in retail outlets.
· Using your initiative to problem solve and suggest resolutions when encountering challenges.
· Ensuring clear, regular, and detailed app-based reports.
· Ability to illustrate strong time management and prioritisation of skills. This business is extremely busy and fast paced. It is critical that the successful candidate can work at speed and manage workload effectively to achieve resourcing requirements.
The Person
The successful candidate will:
· Come from a retail background.
· Have merchandising experience.
. Have full driver’s licence and own vehicle.
· Attention to detail – be methodical on site to ensure we deliver the best, first time.
· Be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
· Be able to work at speed and manage workload effectively.
· Be willing to travel.
· Comfortable inputting simple reporting via App based system.
