We are looking for an experienced and reliable Mobile Phone Technician to join our team in Balbriggan. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in repairing smartphones and providing high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, including screen, battery, charging port, software, and water damage.
- Carry out board-level repairs (where applicable).
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair issues and solutions clearly.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Manage repair inventory and tools responsibly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in mobile phone repair (Apple, Samsung, other brand)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently.
