About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our Dublin branch as a Bank Teller / Mortgage Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic financial services team, providing high-quality customer service and administrative support in a busy branch environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service at the counter and via phone/email.
- Handle daily teller transactions, cash lodgements/withdrawals, and account queries.
- Provide administrative support to the mortgage team, including processing applications and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements in line with banking standards.
- Support the branch team in meeting customer needs and branch targets.
Requirements
- Minimum APA qualification (Loans, Savings & Investments & Regulations).
- Previous experience in a bank teller, mortgage admin, or financial services support role.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and deliver under pressure.
- Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner.
