Join Our Team as an Operations Project Planner!
Are you a detail-oriented planner with a passion for project delivery? We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Planner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the successful delivery of Energy Retrofit projects.
As an Operations Project Planner, you will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate resources, and work closely with project managers, site teams, sub-contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
· Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules and establish baselines.
· Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and client specifications.
· Allocate resources (labour, materials, equipment) efficiently to prevent bottlenecks and ensure optimal utilisation.
· Track project progress, identify critical path and advise on corrective actions.
· Collaborate with site managers, surveyors, and other professionals to resolve issues and achieve project milestones.
· Organise and coordinate the ordering, transportation and delivery of materials and equipment.
· Use scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Excel) to manage project data and reporting.
· Produce progress reports and forecasts for clients and stakeholders, highlighting key risks and milestones.
· Support change management processes by updating schedules and reallocating resources as needed.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
· Contribute to business process improvement and the implementation of best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
· A third-level degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
· Several years of experience in project planning or scheduling within the industry.
· Proven track record managing project schedules.
· Experience with industry-standard planning tools and strong IT skills.
Work Environment
· Office-based with regular travel to sites
· Occasional extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
